# Website launch checklist

Review the finished experience before approving publication.

## Content and evidence

Check names, contact details, spelling, translations, images and factual claims. Obtain approval for client work, quotations and policies.

## Visitor journeys

Follow the main paths from the homepage to service details, pricing, inquiry, help and legal information. Test desktop and mobile navigation.

## Forms and access

Use designated test identities and an approved test destination to verify delivery, error recovery, roles and invitation flows. Do not send tests into a live sales workflow.

## Technical acceptance

Verify links, metadata, indexability, performance and accessible keyboard/zoom behavior on the actual deployment candidate. Record the release decision and responsible owner.

## A practical check

Run the main visitor journey on a phone and desktop: find a service, inspect its current price and submit an authorised test enquiry. Confirm the success message and receipt without using customer data. Inspect old URL redirects, final canonicals, sitemap access and a genuine missing-page response. Record each failed check with its URL and owner. Launch approval should refer to these observations and the agreed deliverables, not a single performance score.
